It was near dusk when this roadrunner appeared. He was huge! And beautiful. Thanks to the other birder from Venice, CA who pointed him out.
At times, he seemed to pose for us.

Wow!-what a great bird and photo.
That's great that you have chosen birding as a hobby.-I've been birding for about the same amount of time.-If you ever need an i.d.-you can go on to birdfroum under the identification category and upload your photo.-(it has to be shrunk to 200kb?).-I've done it many times.
